Jersey Strong Marlboro was opened in July of 2013 in what was once an Acme grocery store at the corner of Route 79 and Ryan Road. It wasn’t a question of, if Jersey Strong was coming to Marlboro, it was where and when. Stephen Roma Jr. grew up in Marlboro and made it no secret of wanting to open a club there. Our family joined Jersey Strong a month ago & we’re so happy we did. John (Marlboro location) was so professional & helpful in explaining the membership that we bypassed the free trial & joined up. There was no pressure & he’s certainly an asset to Jersey Strong. He was knowledgeable and answered every question & we didn’t feel rushed. Donna is one of the best instructors I have had for any fitness group class. Her Zumba classes are always so much fun and effective. The music and dance moves have just the right mix of dance and fitness, and the music is always great. Donna brings high energy, smiles and enthusiasm to every class no matter what day or time. I really enjoy the group classes! I have taken classes with Donna, Alexa and Stephanie and they are all excellent. Their instruction is easy to follow and the music is fun to listen to. I feel great every time I leave the gym!
My vote is for one and only one. Donna, my favorite and best of all. Donna is a wonderful Zumba instructor. If I would recommend Jersey Strong to anyone, it's because of her. I have to say she's one of main reasons why I'm still a member because of her fun class. I can't imagine this place without her ❤️
I really love taking Jessica's class on Tuesday nights as well as Craig's classes on Saturdays/Thursdays. The work out is challenging, and I love the hard work and energy they put into the class. Both classes are so much fun, and I look forward to both classes when I can make it. Thank you for all the hard work you put in!
