I would like to take this opportunity to commend Lorraine for her professionalism and sincere desire to ensure my experience and needs at the gym were meet beyond my expectations. She is thoughtful, dedicated, and her commitment to making sure members needs are fulfilled is beyond reproach. She always has a smile on her face and her willingness to take the time to make sure members have what they need to get the best workout possible, makes her an asset to Crunch Fitness, and truly sets an example for others to emulate!

Today was the first time I visited this South Marlboro Crunch. When I scanned my card and proceeded into the gym I was immediately approached by Lorraine, who informed me that she is the manager of this particular gym. Lorraine was exceedingly friendly and welcoming and offered to show me around since I was unfamiliar with this gym. I have loved this gym ever since it turned into Crunch. It is SO much better than Jersey Strong. The front desk is always staffed and super nice. The class schedule has improved drastically, and the level of difficulty has increased as well. I am currently working with Lulu as my personal trainer for one on one sessions and she is the real deal. She is knowledgeable and works you hard. I recently joined crunch as I wanted to strengthen and tone my body . I started training with Lulu and I absolutely love her , I look forward to coming to the gym and learning . I was so self conscious and nervous when I first started as I have not trained before , Lulu helped take those fears away, she is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kind all while she is kicking my butt . I absolutely love Marie, she is the sweetest woman I have ever met. She always makes me feel so welcomed when I walk into the gym. She gave my sister and I great suggestions about how to split our workouts and cardio. Crunch South Marlboro wouldn’t be the same without her, I look forward to seeing her each time I go!
