The Roma Family came to its owners, and Jersey Strong Old Bridge was born in August 2019. I love this gym. I’ve been a member of several gyms over the years, this one is the most comfortable and enjoyable. This is due to my amazing Zumba instructor, Donna. She brings the best out of people. Donna is always encouraging and has helped me on my fitness journey. I am so happy to have met Donna because she made me fall in love with exercise and getting fit.
I've been going here for a little over 6 months and I'm so happy with this gym, and especially my trainer, Genelle. I haven't worked out consistently in a few years now, and working with her has helped me meet my goals in a consistent, sustainable way. I feel stronger and healthier than ever thanks to her. Highly recommend working with her if you're looking for a trainer! I'm not affiliated in any way with the gym or its trainers, just genuinely happy with the experience. The SHIFT (HIIT) classes are great, too. :)
The neighborhood people that go here are nice and laid back. Brief list of pros and cons: Pros: 1. A good array of equipment to work with to focus on whatever muscle you’re working on. 2. Open 24 hours 3. There’s usually always the price of equipment you’re looking for available. Cons: 1. I know you sign the contract with an early termination fee of $100. Best gym in the area. Employees/ownership are extremely friendly and understanding. Was only around for about a week due to military service and they worked with me to have me workout without breaking the bank. Clean building, great and all equipment you’d possibly need.
