Best gym in the area. Employees/ownership are extremely friendly and understanding. Was only around for about a week due to military service and they worked with me to have me workout without breaking the bank. Clean building, great and all equipment you’d possibly need.
Terrible customer service. My friend has a membership and was given a referral for a free month for a guest. I took him up on the offer and was going to visit the gym for the first time. When I get there I had to wait for a walkthrough of the gym, not bad but so many treadmills, for what? While waiting for the guy to walk me through I asked the front desk lady how much a membership was a month and she had no clue 😂. Great facilities and great team! I just started my membership and received an awesome InBody Scan to help me assess my current level of fitness. I’m working with a very knowledgeable and motivating person trainer (Chris). The one-on-one training helps so much more than just showing up and pushing through exercises the wrong way. JERSEYSTRONG YOU SUCK!!!!! This gym went from great, to bad, to worse for me and my wife in just a matter of months and this is just a warning to anyone who sees this to be careful with this gym. Great atmosphere and very neat space! I just started my membership and the gym has everything that I am looking for in terms or equipment and weight. David, who helped us register is very friendly and has extensive experience in his domain. The gym offers free classes with any membership you choose to join. I’m looking forward to developing myself physically and making steps towards reaching my fitness goals at Jersey Strong.
