It is easily accessible from the Old Bridge Turnpike as well as Route 516, which led many local residents to refer to us, as the only stress free/traffic free way to exercise in this highly trafficked area of New Jersey. Located next to the Board of Education, East Brunswick’s members are comprised of the heart and soul of the town.

Love this gym! This is my happy place! Its spacious and has variety of different machines, also the people who work out and train are very friendly. If its possible I would love to request hip thrusts machine, otherwise its perfect🩷
As a loyal customer (10 years), I must say that the polite, selfless and mature attitude I bring to the Jersey Strong Gym in East Brunswick is not reciprocated. Every year I pay in full and ask them to include the $160 annual fee. When I was informed that the annual fee was taken out leaving me short 2 months, I said I would pay the 2 months (same as the annual fee.) I was told to pay a $10 late fee. Girlfriend never went, tried to cancel within the first 20 daya, but had issues with app.. Called to cancel and they keep sending to app. So, now they are trying to charge me $300 for never going. They also never mention it takes 15 days to cancel so that free 20 days is really only 5. They make it so everything is automated online, basically meaning "sorry, the system is set up that way, we can't do anything from our end." Avoid them if you are unsure about trying a gym or not.
Bunch of liars and scammers will never be getting my business again called several times about canceling membership for a while and kept telling me a manager will call me and they kept charging my account. Much better gyms in the area I will be going to.
Dont sign up here, this gym is outdated, unclean, and the equiptment is old. They also charged me $200 in order to cancel my membership... Very shady.
