Jersey Strong East Brunswick is conveniently located on Route 18, just across from the Brunswick Square Mall, behind IHOP and the Red Lobster. It is easily accessible from the Old Bridge Turnpike as well as Route 516, which led many local residents to refer to us, as the only stress free/traffic free way to exercise in this highly trafficked area of New Jersey. Located next to the Board of Education, East Brunswick’s members are comprised of the heart and soul of the town.

As a loyal customer (10 years), I must say that the polite, selfless and mature attitude I bring to the Jersey Strong Gym in East Brunswick is not reciprocated. Every year I pay in full and ask them to include the $160 annual fee. When I was informed that the annual fee was taken out leaving me short 2 months, I said I would pay the 2 months (same as the annual fee.) I was told to pay a $10 late fee. So I think the “free” trial they claim is just to lure you to sign up for a membership immediately. They convince you you’re getting a good deal , say it’s free end up paying $33 and don’t even have membership for a month yet and get charged the 25th of the month which hasn’t even been a complete month. What was supposed to be 45 . They tell you that you have 10 days to pay but I get charged $60 . My app says it’s $100 for next month. What’s up with all this money being charged? Jamie Fisher is an outstanding instructor. I've taken her Spin, Fight and Power classes and she is always very inspiring. She makes sure everyone follows proper form to avoid injuries and demonstrates moves for new members. Would love to see more Fight and Spin classes on the schedule!
Jessica Procopio is the absolute best! From the moment you walk into the gym, her energy is contagious. The music is fantastic and keeps you motivated throughout the workout. The results are amazing—I’ve never looked or felt better! If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares and delivers exceptional results, Jess is the one.
John, the training manager, really made this place great. He was always helpful, always smiling, very positive, always keeping the place nice and organized. I was disappointed to hear he was moved to another location. Also, Kaylee is a great trainer. She’s sweet, patient, and knowledgeable.
