It is easily accessible from the Old Bridge Turnpike as well as Route 516, which led many local residents to refer to us, as the only stress free/traffic free way to exercise in this highly trafficked area of New Jersey. Located next to the Board of Education, East Brunswick’s members are comprised of the heart and soul of the town.

I’ve been going here for last 2-3 years and now will consider new gym. Gym is pretty dirty, some of the equipment is worn. In the summer time it’s very muggy and hot. Owner needs to turn up the AC. This gym is also crawling with early 20s frat bros. Lots of kids , young male adults crowding around. Not many females for some reason.
I wanted to shoutout Kenny and all the trainers at Jersey strong East Brunswick for being super kind and friendly towards my family and helping complete beginners feel comfortable and right at home, I’ve heard nothing but great things about the experience at Jersey, the classes, the staff, the trainers and even the members. Such an awesome team and awesome community and would highly recommend to anyone of any age new to the gym or well experienced to trust this Jersey Strong and trust its team
Love this gym! This is my happy place! Its spacious and has variety of different machines, also the people who work out and train are very friendly. If its possible I would love to request hip thrusts machine, otherwise its perfect🩷
Girlfriend never went, tried to cancel within the first 20 daya, but had issues with app.. Called to cancel and they keep sending to app. So, now they are trying to charge me $300 for never going. They also never mention it takes 15 days to cancel so that free 20 days is really only 5. They make it so everything is automated online, basically meaning "sorry, the system is set up that way, we can't do anything from our end." Avoid them if you are unsure about trying a gym or not.
Bunch of liars and scammers will never be getting my business again called several times about canceling membership for a while and kept telling me a manager will call me and they kept charging my account. Much better gyms in the area I will be going to.
