“Head West”, was heard throughout the Jersey Strong hallways in 2007 as the Jersey Strong caravan headed down I-95 into Mercer county and constructed WoW Robbinsville. It is located in Jersey Strong Plaza, a busy shopping center just west of Route 33 on RT 130. Robbinsville residents quickly learned what Jersey Strong was all about and the clubs popularity has skyrocketed over the last 7 years.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to stop our membership. I called the customer service explained that I needed to put my membership on hold. The rep offered a date and I told them I’m not sure we would be ready to resume by then. Apparently, you can have longer than 3 months but the reps don’t tell you that. DO NOT GO HERE. 0 stars. In January I started a new job in the area so I figured I'd check it out. It is ok, place seems slightly dirty and unkept but for $20 monthly it worked for me. This past month things have drastically changed and upon trying to cancel, not only was met with the "annual fee" a month after joining, but call after call after call its like there is no way to get a hold of their "customer support" or gym staff themselves. 5/19/25- smell was gone and the A/C was on-Much better! 5/13/25 It smells like urine as soon as you walk in. Its hotttt even with the fans on. Bathrooms are clean but not the floor or the equipment. This is all new. I've been going for years and it's never been like this. Very disappointed and looking to leave.
This gym is an absolute nightmare. The staff offers zero customer service and dodges any responsibility. Cancelling or downgrading your membership is Hell ..they’ll keep draining your account for months, ignoring emails and support tickets. They even charge $100 to downgrade unless you rope someone else into joining this circus. Management is nowhere to be found, and their system is designed to frustrate. UPDATE: I'm writing 7 months after my initial review. I would give - stars if I could! The gym facility is still nice but everything else SUCKS!!! When I joined, I was told that I can cancel within 15 days of my billing date. I even asked about cancelation fees and was told there are none by the sales associate. I was also told that I can call up and they would cancel my membership. WHAT A LIE! My billing date is the 1st of every month and I called on the 15th, so it was the last day.
