“If you build it, they will come” could have been written for Jersey Strong Ocean. The Jersey shore towns in the Ocean area simply could not wait for WoW Ocean to open its doors in the former Seaview Square Mall shopping center in 2005. This club opened with 3,000 members and hundreds of them waited outside for us to open the club at MIDNIGHT. This always-busy WoW location still provides thousands of workouts to many of the fittest bodies at the beach. It is centrally located between RT 18, RT 66 and RT 35.

I have been strength training at this Crunch Fitness for 2 years now, 2 hours per day / 7 days per week! , Initially the gym was Jersey Strong until just recently! The Crunch team has brought in a lot of new equipment and are painting the entire gym at this point! Hoping they bring in some more key pieces of equipment that I love soon. The front desk staff are very friendly and they treat me like family ! Nick up front is a great dude !

The environment is clean, spacious, and has modern equipment for all types of training — weightlifting, cardio, functional, etc. The atmosphere is always motivating, and the flexible hours really help with a busy schedule. I've been a member at this gym for almost 3 years. The people here are great. Nick, Brandon, Bobby, and Varun always make you feel welcome at the front desk. Nick B is a perfect trainer, none better. The equipment is pretty good, but it's no secret that some of it and the free weights could be better kept up with. It's a great local place, looking forward to seeing how the management polishes it up.
I have been going here for over a year now so I have been here since it was Jersey Strong! I go to this gym because it is the closest to my house- I went for the free trial at first but they would not actually let me work out unless I signed up for the membership, so the free trial is not actually a free trial. The gym was not the nicest and it was a bit out of sorts, but it had what I needed so I signed up anyways.
