Love the gym. Staff is phenomenal as well the atmosphere. Met so many great people and even signed up for personalized training and classes which have been a huge help. James has so much info to share and I finally have been able to pursue boxing. Only complaint keeping this from being 5 stars is they have to little days for boxing classes I really would appreciate more availability for boxing classes throughout the week.
I recently worked out at Jersey Stong in Freehold and I found the gym to be great for my fitness needs. Marta helped me with all my questions and was delightful to deal with. She is a great staff member
Thanks to the most amazing Zumba Instructor ever, Donna I travel on a Sundays to Freehold for her class class! Donna has so much energy and her class is more of a BIG Dance party than anything else! You could even call them a family. It's kind of like Cheers when you walk in and everyone knows your name. I could be having the worst day ever but as soon as I walk into her class my day gets better.
If you join you’ve gotta take a class with Donna V. One of Jersey Strongs biggest assets. Donna makes her classes about fitness and fun. You’ll get fit and have fun doing it. Great atmosphere, creative teaching , becomes a can’t miss weekly event. Highly recommended!
I would NEVER join this gym if it were the last gym around. They jerk you around with false advertising practices to get you in there. Then surprise you with, you would have to put out more $$$ for some things that should be included in the membership. You talk to someone on the phone about an e mail that you received, who is rude and tells you that you need an appointment to discuss the email. You get to the place and no one knows anything and the person you spoke to 1 1/2 hours before is no longer working there🤨 What I ... read more
