Bill and Marta are very welcoming and helpful. As a new member, joining a new gym is always a challenge, but they made the process simple and quick. I appreciate it.
Love the gym. Staff is phenomenal as well the atmosphere. Met so many great people and even signed up for personalized training and classes which have been a huge help. James has so much info to share and I finally have been able to pursue boxing. Only complaint keeping this from being 5 stars is they have to little days for boxing classes I really would appreciate more availability for boxing classes throughout the week.
Thanks to the most amazing Zumba Instructor ever, Donna I travel on a Sundays to Freehold for her class class! Donna has so much energy and her class is more of a BIG Dance party than anything else! You could even call them a family. It's kind of like Cheers when you walk in and everyone knows your name. I could be having the worst day ever but as soon as I walk into her class my day gets better.
This gym is horrible. The manager Angel is sketchy and the girl that works front desk MARTA was beyond incompetent and couldn’t answer ANY basic questions about the gyms policies. I was promised by the MANAGER himself allowance of any guest and when I decided to bring my sister in one day, Marta was incredibly rude and enforced policies that were never mentioned by the manager himself. If you join you’ve gotta take a class with Donna V. One of Jersey Strongs biggest assets. Donna makes her classes about fitness and fun. You’ll get fit and have fun doing it. Great atmosphere, creative teaching , becomes a can’t miss weekly event. Highly recommended!
