So personable, kind and nonjudgmental. She is the best and most thorough medication specialist that I have ever worked with. She has bent over backwards to keep me as a patient. I have had a lot of trouble making my appointments. She accepted me back as a patient which was up and above fair. I would recommend her and all other staff that I have worked with at LifeStance. I am more than satisfied with their attentiveness and willingness to work with me as a patient and ability to meet all my needs.

I was referred to Jessica via a UC Health Website. I have seen Jessica a few times now and I cannot express how lucky and grateful I am to have found her. She's the most kind, compassionate, and empathetic care provider I have ever had in my 43 years. The front office staff is also absolutely amazing. I cannot praise the staff and Jessica enough for the quality of care that they provide to others.

I didn’t have a positive mindset going into the apt and was unsure about it in general but I’m super happy I went. I felt welcomed and there was zero judgment and I now have a positive attitude and perspective about my treatment.

Jessica Courtney is extremely kind and worked hard to get to the bottom of where my symptoms were coming from. She really listens and helped form a treatment plan around what works for me. She's the best psychiatric professional I've ever had. I'm so grateful she's been here on my wellness journey and I would absolutely recommend her!
