Everyone on your team was absolutely spot on fantastic. The only glitch is that you are using appraisers that are from out of the area and do not know the market on the Western Slope therefore shorting the Seller on his price. If a Buyer should be using, you and an appraiser calls they will not be allowed to do an appraisal on the property. Use local or do not work in this market!
