Jessica listens carefully, as evidenced by her responses to the things you’ve said. She asks lots of questions, so important, I think, for understanding the client; I don’t care for the style of letting clients just ramble. She’s a quick study, and has a laugh. Most importantly, she’s empathetic. I’m looking forward to working with her
