I was hesitant and pessimistic about my appointment due to past experiences. Jessica listened and that was important to me. She asked me questions that no one ever asked me. She explained to me my correct diagnosis and therapy moving forward to help me on my mental health journey. I'm so grateful to her. For the first time since 2015 I feel seen, listened to, valued, and I have a more positive outlook moving forward. Thank you Jessica 😊

I have been seeing Jessica for almost 1 year now. Initially, she came off as friendly and empathetic. However, my impression changed as I continued seeing her. Direct messaging through the portal is her preferred way of communication. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out for medication refills. Her own office staff sent out several high priority messages. She continued to withhold my medication with zero communication and no explanation.
