Although Dr. Morrell is a top-notch physician, the clinic is not very customer friendly or patient focused. I had an appointment with Dr. Morrell in 5-2023 and she advised me to have an annual appointment. I called to schedule an appointment at the request of another physician treating my condition prior to my appointment in August-2024. Called the appointment line for Dermatology Consultants and after 5 minutes of questions, they informed me that Dr. Morrell does not have an open appointment time slot until January 2025. I visited Dr. Morrel twice with my son. It was about treating his acne. While Dr. Morell seem to be nice, she did not want to spend time explaining the condition, treatment, etc. She explicitly said that she did not have time to go into detail. There was nothing I could find in the portal, she prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy for days.
