I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the service provided by Jet Black. Scheduling was easy and the people I spoke to were very professional and friendly. The work was done fully to my requirements and the men who did the work were respectful and left a beautifully sealed driveway with no mess left behind. I will definitely use this service the next time my driveway requires sealing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors👍
This is the 2nd time I used jet-black in 3 years. Reasonably priced and excellent work and they use a superior product. At first they came to my driveway without any notice and left me a quote thru my email. No problem but I wanted to go over some issues I had with my driveway with someone in person and they had someone at my residence within 2 days and got a thorough explanation of what was going to be done. The crew was excellent! I can't say enough about them. The job they did was beautiful and they were extremely nice.
The crew that shows up does an excellent job, if you can get them. The problem is the office. I scheduled a sealcoating in May. Nothing has happened yet, it is late July. I’ve called to check a couple times, but they do not return my phone calls. I had similar problems last time I tried to use them. I’ve been using them for years, but it feels like time to move on. Find a small local shop that will appreciate your business!
