Apartment is unsanitary and unsafe. Property is covered in pet feces (poop). Trash is a frequent problem ranging from trash blowing around in the parking lot to trash being thrown on top and left sitting outside the compactor. Cigarette butts are scattered throughout property as well. As too the apartment being unsafe the apartment boast about being a gated community yet gate has been broken for months.
