I have been waiting on my deposit money and credit money that was left on my account ,and I been waiting for 45 days for my money never received it. I would like to hear from someone about my money.
Slum lords at its best. This was the worst management company I’ve ever had. Work orders sat for 1 year, toilet leaked on Friday to Monday because they don’t have weekend maintenance. They neglected the property with lawncare, lawncare came out once in march this year. They are never available to speak with someone. Took them 15 days to fix my AC this summer and now the AC company can’t reach them to pay the invoice. So 2 weeks ago I wrote a review after getting the run around for weeks. I was lied to and ignored by Muhammad. He was slick. I asked for text and emails but he would never reply so there’s no paper trail. Then I get a call from Niquetta the Director of business management. She was nice and professional and responsive until I asked when I was supposed to be paid more than once. She was supposed to get back with me when the day I was supposed to be paid came and went. If I could give 0 I would. This people are not only miserable, they never answer they phone, they are careless about tenants and they never give back the deposit. I cleaned my home and they destroyed saying I couldn't get my deposit back. I am taking legal action against them and their team, who hang up on you, the website doesn't work correctly and they take advantage of that. The worse, be careful with this company, very cautious.
Still waiting for maintenance to come and fix the lock and knob on the door. The door gets stuck and I cannot open the door which is a safety issue for me when coming home late at night. That side porch door is the closest for me to enter the home especially late at night. I called pest control for my four month service and they told me they no longer service this management company due to non payments. I have moved from the property Prospect on the Avenue 3317 Florida Avenue ,North Charleston SC 29405 a whole month now .I haven't received my deposit back from them yet. Was supposed to get it on June 1st but I haven't. This is absolutely the worst company to rent from since new management took over last month. They make all can of promises to you that they will send someone out to your home to fix what needs to be fixed. Well they are all liars and who only want the rent money. I’m a good tenant who pays the rent on time since I moved in here. You literally have to beg someone to come and fix what needs to done since new management took over last month.
