You all are falling off quality and service sucks. Now I've been going here for the past 10. My last 2 oil changes have been a total Disaster leaving oil filter loose. And not tightening the oil PAN screw, which caused oil to leak and cause more damage.Which made my Gaskets to wear from the wetness
The service techs were really nice and professional. However, similar to other reviews my experience here was a long wait time. It took obout an hour and a half for an oil change, and I was the second car in line outside of the bay early in the morning. Their waiting room was clean and offered complimentary water and their restroom was clean. If you have a lot of time to sit and wait this place is a decent option but unlike other Jiffy lube locations they are not a fast service at all.
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Jiffy Lube location. I waited at the front desk for over an hour without anyone acknowledging me or offering assistance. When someone finally came to help, the technician—a woman—was rude and acted as though I was inconveniencing her by being there. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. I will absolutely never return to this location and do not recommend it to anyone seeking timely or respectful service
This was my first time at this location, I will be going back again. I was pleased with the staff, and the service that I received at this location. I arrived around 1:30 pm it began to get crowned afterward, but I took that to be a positive sign. So if you think you're going to be out sooner than later that may not be in your favor, it didn't happen for me. Overall, I had a positive experience, you gotta bring your patience with you, I would recommend this location.
Definitely not a jiffy experience. The technicians were extremely nice, however, they took over an hour to change my oil and two air filters. In the end, they didn’t have one air filter in inventory so waiting was not even pertinent.
