Car was brought in for oil change and tire rotation. Service crew neglected to reset the automatic maintenance alerts so I had to return to the shop for them to reset. Had to return a second time due to low oil level warning. They were not able to figure out why the vehicle was giving a low oil level alert. Manager was polite and apologetic and recommended we take car to dealer. Warning eventually went off. I just wish I didn’t have to return twice in one day
If you’re looking for a fair price and quick oil change and convenient to Fair Lakes area this is the place to go. However after the cab air filter was replaced the glovebox door falls open real fast when opened. Guess something was not reattached after installation. Additionally there were fingerprints or drink stains on the front of the dashboard and the front passenger floor not vacuumed as advertised.
Everyone at Jiffy Lube Multi care were helpful and kind. I came in for an oil change but also got new spark plugs. After I got my car back, It was still running a little funny and when I took it back, they had no problem doing their best to find the problem and fix it with no extra cost. They even fixed a piece on the car that was hanging in the front without me asking! (super grateful!) good people and good service!
Jiffy Lube, Burke, VA Dallas was very helpful. Receipt would not come through to our email. Something about YOUR system. That was frustrating, but Dallas was gracious. She should not have to go through that. Improve your system. Especially since JL doesn't print hard copies. Love & appreciate the service on our vehicles.
The day before I had brought my car in for an oil change, I decided to clean my throttle body and replace the air filter. I was in shock when the service advisor showed me a dirty, looking air filter, saying that my filter was old and needed replaced. It was abundantly clear that someone had just rubbed it on the floor cause it had an oil stain on it. Today I put my car on the rack to check the drain plug. They torqued it to 80lb-ft.
