Everyone at Jiffy Lube Multi care were helpful and kind. I came in for an oil change but also got new spark plugs. After I got my car back, It was still running a little funny and when I took it back, they had no problem doing their best to find the problem and fix it with no extra cost. They even fixed a piece on the car that was hanging in the front without me asking! (super grateful!) good people and good service!
Great people and excellent service as always. However, today my wife happened to lock her keys in the car near their shop and they kindly helped us open the car without hesitation. Thanks to all of them.
If you like sketchy up-sells and questionable business practices, this is your Jiffy Lube! Took my car in and said they would talk to me before acting for an oil change. They proceeded to drain the oil without asking what kind of oil change I wanted. Using Mobil1 I asked for full synthetic and the tech said they didn't carry. Weird...something I would have found out and not had them proceed if they talked to me FIRST, as they said they would. So, go next door and I have to purchase NAPA parts store priced oil (7qts). The technicians did quick and excellent work on my car. They did not "find" extra things and were knowledgeable about may car and its peculiarities (AUDI A5). I like and will continue to use them for my oil and tires
I came in with worries that I needed major brake work. As I was traveling the store could have said I had to have them right away. They said that I was OK and all we did was put in a new backup light. Most pleased with the honesty and service.
