I have been a patient of Jillian’s since 2021 and have always received outstanding care from her and the entire Lifestance Health team. Jillian takes the time during every appointment to check in with me personally and discuss life moments that I mentioned during previous appointments, which makes our quarterly appointments more personal and comfortable. I highly recommend Jillian and Lifestance Health!!
Jillian is patient and makes sure to listen to my answers. She gives educated feedback and always treats me with respect.
I have had a great experience with Jillian Pollard and all of the amazing and sweet staff! They got me in quickly and I have been taken care of and listened to every time I go! I am never forced to try anything I do not want to and I feel like I have a choice in my treatment finally! They take me seriously and schedule me for appointments regularly!
Jillian was great! Listened to me and went over the best possible route of treatment. I was originally scheduled for in person but my son unexpectedly came down with the flu the night before my appointment and they easily switched it to a virtual appointment! I have been waiting for this appointment all month and so desperately needed it!!
I love Jillian as a provider but the changes the clinic has gone through over the years have been less than ideal. Front desk staff is rarely available and you are made to check in online which is not always seamless and very impersonal. I feel in their need to become more up to date technologically they have become cold and less personal.
