I was delighted with my experience with LifeStance and with Jillian Pollard. The office was lovely, the staff was helpful. But Jillian was what really stood out. She took nearly 45 minutes to get to know me and my story rather than simply talking about meds. I learned a lot about my medicines and managing my condition that I had never been told by my previous psychiatrist. I have been a patient of Jillian’s since 2021 and have always received outstanding care from her and the entire Lifestance Health team. Jillian takes the time during every appointment to check in with me personally and discuss life moments that I mentioned during previous appointments, which makes our quarterly appointments more personal and comfortable. I highly recommend Jillian and Lifestance Health!!
I have had a great experience with Jillian Pollard and all of the amazing and sweet staff! They got me in quickly and I have been taken care of and listened to every time I go! I am never forced to try anything I do not want to and I feel like I have a choice in my treatment finally! They take me seriously and schedule me for appointments regularly!
Jillian is patient and makes sure to listen to my answers. She gives educated feedback and always treats me with respect.
Jillian was great! Listened to me and went over the best possible route of treatment. I was originally scheduled for in person but my son unexpectedly came down with the flu the night before my appointment and they easily switched it to a virtual appointment! I have been waiting for this appointment all month and so desperately needed it!!
