I ask a million questions but she is always so patient, makes me feel heard, and is so great at answering my questions fully. It’s so important to have a provider who genuinely listens and is invested in getting to the root of the issue instead of just treating symptoms, and she is exactly the provider to do that. The entire staff is so amazing! Cannot recommend them enough.
I went in horribly depressed and with very high anxiety. Dr Jillian Pollard has done a wonderful job so I’m not crying all of the time and I don’t have to take anxiety meds daily.
Called in for an appointment and was told they wouldn’t accept my insurance unless I agreed to be medicated. Absolutely disgusting.
Great place. Would definitely recommend.
