I had a good experience with Jim Boyd's Flooring America. This is the second floor I have had installed by them. The salesman, Bill Gould, was friendly, helpful and professional. The installers were courteous and professional and very hard workers. My new kitchen floor looks great!

Our carpeting was recommended to us by a salesman who had sold us some flooring mom us ago. The price was reasonable and The sale was expedited in good time. The installation was done in a week by professional workers. We are very pleased with the job and the service.

Jim Boyd'a Flooring America provides me with incredible solutions to flooring questions. Their staff is very personable and goes the extra distance to answer all of my questions and always provides solutions that maximize my dollar power. They have top knotch installers who are courteous and clean and do a great job. We purchased carpeting from this company. The customer service we received from Dean, and the professional care taken by the man who came out to measure our floor made the experience a positive one, and is the reason we decided to buy our flooring from here. We were satisfied with the work that was done when the flooring was delivered and installed, and they promptly sent a representative back to take care of something that had been left unfinished initially.

I have used Jim Boyd's Flooring America for several rooms in my new house including an intricate natural fiber family room rug, stair runners and wall to wall carpeting. They have fantastic options at reasonable prices. Every member of the team that I have dealt with from the very knowledgeable front line sales reps to the installation team, has been professional and respectful. I highly recommend using Jim Boyd's Flooring America!

We went to Jim Boyd's Flooring America, looking to replace our basement carpeting. We met a wonderful salesperson who assisted us with carpet type, color and padding suggestions. He gave us what we felt was an excellent price and we hired them to do the job. On the date promised, they showed up on time and removed the existing carpet and installed the new, and it looks fantastic. The process was easy, professional, and satisfying. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. Ask for Harvey to assist you.

I purchased a rug for my kitchen. Showroom was amazing-wide selection of carpets. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were competitive. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
