I did not think that I could love carpet but I love the new carpet in our bedrooms! For noise and warmth we wanted to keep carpet in the bedrooms but also sought wool carpet for allergies. I came upon Jim Boyd's by accident and am so happy that I did. Diane shared her expertise showed me carpet and remnants, and was very patient with me. The installers did an excellent job as well. I would very highly recommend this business. Excellent service!
Great experience! I met with Bill who helped us figure out what we were interested in. Took samples home NO stress or pressure. When we made a decision we closed the deal. Alex and team showed up for installation. They were fast. Cared for my furniture, cleaned up thoroughly and were done in no time. I was very happy from start to finish. I will certainly recommend Jim Boyd’s and will use them for all future purchases!! We had 2 rooms done and 2 sets of stairs and a hallway. It looks amazing!
They did a runner on my stairs which is probably the 8th time they have done a job in my home. I find the salesman, Bill, very helpful and always trying to find me the least expensive alternative. The man that measures the job, always remembers the layout and is quick and accurate. The installers have always done a good job but this time is is really outstanding. Went to the Showroom and then to the Warehouse. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. ❤️ Found a remnant in the Warehouse that was perfect for my new house and half price. The custom cut area rug and matching runners were delivered earlier than expected!!! Happy customer! Thank you Diane!
We had very positive experiences with Steve Hill and others at Jim Boyd's in picking out and scheduling a flooring installation at our Ocean City condo. Excellent crew led by Daniel worked hard and well together in removing old carpeting and installing laminate flooring. I needed to stay in the condo overnight, and they made sure to coordinate their work so I could do so. They were very courteous and would not allow me to move anything heavy. Everything went smoothly.
