I did not think that I could love carpet but I love the new carpet in our bedrooms! For noise and warmth we wanted to keep carpet in the bedrooms but also sought wool carpet for allergies. I came upon Jim Boyd's by accident and am so happy that I did. Diane shared her expertise showed me carpet and remnants, and was very patient with me. The installers did an excellent job as well. I would very highly recommend this business. Excellent service!
They did a runner on my stairs which is probably the 8th time they have done a job in my home. I find the salesman, Bill, very helpful and always trying to find me the least expensive alternative. The man that measures the job, always remembers the layout and is quick and accurate. The installers have always done a good job but this time is is really outstanding. Working with Steve Fama at Jim Boyd’s Flooring America was an incredibly positive experience. Steve worked to truly listen and understand my needs. He steered me to the correct products for the challenges I wanted to solve for. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience! Larry was delightful, helpful and a pleasure to work with. He helped me find the best carpet for my needs without steering me to the most expensive options. Bill kept me informed me of the progress of my order, and the installation team was fantastic. We always go to Jim Boyd’s for all of over flooring needs. Everyone is always so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to making a decision. Our most recent purchase exceeded our expectations as always. Dana and Bill were so helpful in helping us choose the carpet we needed and Alex and his team were amazing with the install. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for our flooring.
