Ordered some parts on their website for a next day air shipment. When there was no confirmation I called to ask about it and was told that I didn’t pay for next day so they weren’t shipped yet. I had to forward their confirmation to prove thats what I had paid for. On top of this the parts would have arrived at the same time on standard shipping and I would have had to pay far less. Not impressed with oh sorry. Definitely will look elsewhere for parts, they don’t seem bothered to try and make the situation right.
