The whole process went smoothly. I was told what to expect and things pretty much went as laid out At the start. The loan got done in a timely manner when things went quickly.
It was very stressful 2 days before our closing. I recommend advising applicants of all documents needed at least a week ahead so that it is not so stressful getting last minute items that need to be collected before approval to close.
Jim was extremely helpful with all my questions and very friendly and also broke all the real estate terms down to make them easy to understand. And always had a quick response time. Will definitely recommend!
Jim Elfelt is very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He walked me through getting my first mortgage and helped me get the best rate. Overall it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend him and Atlantic Bay to any homebuyers.
Jim and Lori were amazing to work with. They both communicated with us at every step. When we had a question, it was answered quickly and accurately. This is the second mortgage we have processed with Jim and hopefully if / when we move again there will be a third. Lori was incredibly patient and thorough when processing our financial information. She made everything seem very smooth. I would not be able to recommend Jim and Lori enough to a potential customer.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with my refinance through your mortgage company. Jim was super helpful and always had the answers for any questions I had.
