EDIT: since the week I posted this we have received personal communication back from Mr. Smith, who was appropriately apologetic. We've also been assigned a new project manager who seems committed to daily updates and has initiated progress on several of our outstanding items. Parker has been absolutely fantastic to work with! He’s extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful — making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. After completing a training session with him, we feel so much more confident and comfortable using our new pool. He was very thorough, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about every detail. I would highly recommend Parker to any pool owner — you’ll be in great hands!

I want to be clear that this 5 star review is specifically for our project manager Kyla… Our pool build with Jim Hinson pools was challenging and there were many issues along the way. Many of these issues were a result of insufficient planning with the design and early on we were concerned the build would not go through and we considered cancelling. We had a great experience working with Jim Hinson Pools. Jason was our project manager and did an excellent job every step along the way. The project ran smoothly and on schedule, and I was incredibly happy with final results. Jason was great about always being easy to reach when I had a question about the project or when I needed to coordinate some of the other landscaping projects around the yard, and he came through to help me get some boulders set by the crew.
