Parker has been absolutely fantastic to work with! He’s extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful — making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. After completing a training session with him, we feel so much more confident and comfortable using our new pool. He was very thorough, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about every detail. I would highly recommend Parker to any pool owner — you’ll be in great hands!
I want to be clear that this 5 star review is specifically for our project manager Kyla… Our pool build with Jim Hinson pools was challenging and there were many issues along the way. Many of these issues were a result of insufficient planning with the design and early on we were concerned the build would not go through and we considered cancelling. For anyone in the market for installing a swimming pool, I would recommend giving serious consideration to Jim Hinson Pools. This company has recently completed our fiberglass pool installation, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Much of the credit must go to Jason, our assigned project manager. Review for Hinson Pool installation Hinson Pools completed installation of a 30 foot fiber glass pool with a built-in spa at the end of August 2025 at our home in Wake Forest. The project was completed entirely to our satisfaction as shown in the attached photographs.
