We’re so grateful for our beautiful pool. While the project took a little longer than expected, every trade that came out worked with care and did a truly wonderful job. A few details needed an extra pass or two, but the team was always patient, supportive, and committed to making sure everything was done right. Parker, our service provider, has been especially helpful and great to work with throughout the process. We appreciate their follow-through and dedication, and we’re thrilled with the final result.

Parker has been absolutely fantastic to work with! He’s extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful — making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. After completing a training session with him, we feel so much more confident and comfortable using our new pool. He was very thorough, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about every detail. I want to be clear that this 5 star review is specifically for our project manager Kyla… Our pool build with Jim Hinson pools was challenging and there were many issues along the way. Many of these issues were a result of insufficient planning with the design and early on we were concerned the build would not go through and we considered cancelling.
