I am extremely happy with the quality and beauty of my Jim Hinson built pool. James (Design), Karen (Office), Parker (Post Build support) and the workers who built the pool exceeded my expectations. They each answered my questions throughout the process and provided high quality service. Had an incredible experience throughout the process working with Jim Henson and Pearl Pools this year to get our backyard retreat started and can't wait for the coming summers to enjoy our new pool. Parker and his crew were incredibly attentive and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
