Parker was extremely helpful in our pool school class. He was incredibly thorough and patient and answered all of our questions. He addressed all of our issues and went through what type of maintenance was needed and how to address potential concerns/issues.

I am extremely happy with the quality and beauty of my Jim Hinson built pool. James (Design), Karen (Office), Parker (Post Build support) and the workers who built the pool exceeded my expectations. They each answered my questions throughout the process and provided high quality service.
