Jim is wonderful! You can tell he is so passionate about what he does in the way he takes his time to explain everything to you in a way that you understand. He answered all of my texts and calls promptly, including nights and weekends - I'm actually not quite sure when he ISN'T working! Most importantly, I he made me feel super comfortable asking any questions and reassured me that there was no such thing as a stupid question (this was my first-time homebuyer experience). I would 100% recommend.
