When I first started going there in May of last year, customer service (receptionist) were excellent. I also loved my Psychiatrist. Over the last three months, trying to contact customer service and billing has been a nightmare. They put me on hold for many minutes and do not come back to the phone. They say they will return my call and they don’t The receptionist are disrespectful . All of my appointments are virtual. My Practitioner, Jimmy Chenowith, is AMAZING!! He listens and HEARS what is being said. It’s a privilege to be under his care. I feel we need more health professionals like him!!
I'm so grateful that I've found a really nice Psychiatrist. I've been looking for one since January and he's only a few minutes from my house. I would definitely refer him to people who just need help and it's scary to take that first step. I'm looking forward to working with him.🙏😇
This was my first time meeting Jimmy. My prior Psychiatric Nurse Practioner retired. We connected pretty well. I plan on seeing him again next month.
Dr Chenowith is both a professional and a pleasure to talk to. He also books his sessions for 30 minutes whereas others only book 15 minutes sessions, which is never enough time.
