When I first started going there in May of last year, customer service (receptionist) were excellent. I also loved my Psychiatrist. Over the last three months, trying to contact customer service and billing has been a nightmare. They put me on hold for many minutes and do not come back to the phone. They say they will return my call and they don’t The receptionist are disrespectful .
