The receptionist staff were so friendly and nice! Even to my daughter who wasn't a patient. The doctor explained everything clearly and was so kind and took his time with us didnt rush in and out like some do! Overall great experience!
Today, Jimmy provided supior care. I felt like we were old friends, the way he connected with me and my wife. He discussed every step with us and made sure we were comfortable with the direction he wanted to go. During the visit, he texted and even called the surgeon on speaker to make sure the entire care team were involved. Jimmy is amazing! He just needed to stop dying his hair. 😶🌫️
He presented himself well, explaining everything thoughtfully , thoroughly examined my hand and wrist, reviewed xrays. Explained options for treatment, answered all my questions.
