The system that Jimmy uses is an excellent communication tool that lays out the steps and processes for the transaction. It allows you to easily upload documents and clearly tells you which documents are needed. When you complete a milestone, it notifies you. You know exactly where you are in the process. In addition, Jimmy has an outstanding team who are very quick to respond and quite professional. This was truly the easiest and fastest refi I've experienced in 25 years of homeownership.

My wife and I were in between homes and Jimmy understand our urgency surrounding this new home. We did not want the process to linger, and Jimmy's team was ready to assist in any way to help expedite the process. The communication back and forth, the explanation of current step and process, and of future step(s) and process really provided us valuable insight into the homebuying experience. Jimmy's team was very accommodating, and we ended up closing a week earlier than anticipated! Thank you!

Working with Jim Webber and his team was a great experience. They were helpful throughout the whole process. Always upfront about what they needed, responded to any of our questions in a very timely manner. We were approved and even had final numbers for close more than a week before closing and no surprise additional costs or money needed to close. Other times we financed with other lenders we didn’t get final numbers until a day or 2 before close and sometimes had additional costs!
