This guy scheduled an appointment window of 3 hours to come to my house, waited 2 hours past the deadline to call me and tell me I never made an appointment. He clearly doesn't care about clients time. Find someone else.
Jim's Busy Bee Pest Control employees are a danger to drivers on the South Fork. Their trucks drive recklessly and show no consideration for other drivers. They may be good at pest extermination, but they are pests behind the wheel.
This is the most professional pest control company I have ever used. From the very start of customer service over phone calling in initially until the end result after qualified professional came to my home.
