Dr Shen is wonderful and nice. Her staff is also wonderful. Dr Shen took her time and explain things to me concerning my problem. I felt really good being there, they care about me and my health. I will tell my family and friends about Dr Shen and her staff, so if they every have problem with their ears, nose or throat to use Dr Shen .
Experience was great and painless. got my ear was vacuumed out. Dr. Cody Jeu was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Thanks ENT. Houston’s best spot for ENT care.
Dr shen was so great I recommend her she explained all my problems and had me understand my issues thank u so much
I was extremely impressed with Dr Shen. She listened to everything I had to say and then took the time to find out what was causing my problems. She explained the treatment and why it was happening. I never felt rushed and she had an excellent demeanor and made me feel comfortable and in good hands.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I needed a same-day appointment with an ENT and Dr. Shen's office made the process seamless. The office staff was very nice and Dr. Shen was very pleasant as well. She took her time explaining to me my diagnosis, as well as my prognosis. I didn't feel like she was in a rush at all like most physicians. My prescriptions were ready by the time I made it to my pharmacy and I only live 10 minutes around the corner. I would certainly recommend this office for any of your ENT needs.
