Back to being disappointed and frustrated; starting to think it's just the company. Billing discrepancies take FOREVER to obtain a response, unless YOU owe THEM- then your statement is in your email right away 🙄 Apparently, Cody Nugent 'separated' from the Brea office all of a sudden, 4 days after I had my appointment with him mid-June. Absolutely was satisfied. Dr. Zhang was easy to talk to & put me at complete ease immediately. It's not easy talking about personal issues. Dr. Zhang is a professional & solves issues & makes sure your comfortable with the end plan. 💯 love her!
Dr. Zhang was very understanding and listened to all my concerns and fears. It was extremely comfortable and easy talking to her right from the start. She seems to genuinely care and started me out on a low dose Rx then increasing gradually if needed which I really appreciated.
I love that Dr Zhang told me to do more research on the medication she told me about before deciding for sure if I need it or not. Not many doctors do that. So this proves that she really truly wants the best for her clients and that she's a legitimate doctor for sure. She was also very nice and very professional. I enjoyed my first ever session with her.
