Great service. Wonderful customer service beautiful people. 100% recommend this place. The lady at the front desk is such a wonderful person. She is very supportive and very bright. Overall positive service.
Great Service and staff!! After checking 4 places for an A/C compressor for my SUV, I called J&J. Their quote was $300 less than the other 4. Took my car in on Saturday (another plus, being open on Saturday) morning and had it back in 3 hrs!!! Love this repair shop!! Will use them from now on. THANK YOU J&J!!
I won't share my experience with AAA. I had my car towed to this business this morning with a blown tire and spare tire. I experienced the best customer service and price. My car was ready for the road within 1 hour. Thank you, J&J Auto Repair and Tires. Great Job.
Honestly 5 star service! Perfectly reasonable prices and amazing customer service! Hope I don’t need them again for a while but if I do I definitely know I’ll come straight back to J&J.
The level of customer service at this shop is unacceptable! They should close it down, poor mechanical skills and bad service overall. We'll see what BBB and the city can do.
