Ebony did a great job today with my Zoom teeth whitening. She explained the process and was very kind during the procedure. We had a little laugh when I dozed off during one of the treatments. I was able to whiten my teeth by 2 shades and expect more with the bleeching trays. Recommend this procedure to anyone considering it. Dr. Kennedy also corrected a billing misunderstanding in my favor. Very much appreciated. Love J&J Dental.

Molly, the hygienist did a great job !
Came in for my 6 month check/cleaning. During the course of my visit, a couple issues were discovered, one of which was taken care of immediately. The other issue was found during examination of an xray and will be addressed in an upcoming appointment. Dr. Kimberly and Hygenist Molly explained throughly what the issues were and how to address them. I very much appreciated the info and look forward to using them for my dental needs.
I once used to like them, but now they are just focussed on upselling and making maximum money out of each patient. The hygienist, which I met for the first time, kept trying to push additional "deep cleaning" services and denied me basic cleaning, He gave conflicting reasons for that and never listened to me.
