I have been using JK Tech since 2017 and will continue to use them as long as I live in the Hudson Valley. Javier and Karen are professional, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Simply put, Javier and Karen are great to work with and have always been there for me when I have had any computer issues! I highly recommend JK Techs!!!
Fantastic 5-star computer repair shop! Javier fixed my laptop in a timely manner and went above and beyond in helping with an unrelated printer issue. Communication was perfect and he made sure my issue was resolved and all my needs were met. Couldn’t recommend his shop more! Highest recommendation!! I’d return there in the future 100%!
Javier was great! I had an ongoing issue with my laptop and he told me exactly what and how he’d handle the issue with clarity. I was expecting a crazy fee but his services are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend JK Tech!
My wife and I had an amazing experience at JK Techs! Would recommend it to anyone profesional service with fair and honest pricing. Turn around time was zippy and accurate. Plus they also can help you in Spanish! They repaired my wife’s laptop screen within the time they had said they would and everything works beautifully!
Starting a new job and the driver went on my computer. JK Techs was able to save my files and transfer to a new driver. They were quick and affordable. They are also personable and very knowledgeable, highly recommend!
