I had an awesome experience. I was looking for a local tech to help me build a gaming PC. I met with Javier and explained what I was looking for. He quickly put together a plan and we scheduled a session to build the computer. Javier is very knowledgable and taught me what he was doing as he was doing it. He was also extremely patient and informative with any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend, I am extremely happy.
JK Techs did an amazing service for me- just when it was needed the most! My work computer died and I needed to get a new one and move all its data as soon as was humanly possible. Javier was at my work desk the next day and stayed and worked until all was done! And done right! He was so terrific! And my business did not suffer at all from lost time!

Javier with JK Techs did an outstanding job upgrading my 8 year old tower. I didn't want to replace it but wanted enhanced functionality. Javier came onsite to diagnose, ordered the proper video card and came on-site back to install. He was able to get me hooked up with three screens, set up my outlook, got my Microsoft suite properly set up and confirmed that I didn't have any virus issues.
