Spent $10K on a new rooftop unit less that a year ago and it has failed. I have left a dozen voice mails and emails with limited response. Finally had someone call and promised to make it right and they never showed up. It's sad the direction this business has gone in, A successful business is based on communication and follow through, JM Mechanical has failed at both. AVOID
Used to be a long-standing customer of this place, until today.Friday (10/31) we noticed we were not receiving heat. I attempted to use their website to set an appointment; no luck. I attempted to call them, no luck. I finally got ahold of somebody for a Monday appt.
