Our Pool Remodel Project Turned Out Beautiful! I learned a lot about pools, repairs and all the hard labor it takes to make everything just right. Our project manager Alpha was on top of things and I can't say enough about the great customer service he provided for his company. We love our pool! I needed a capable team who would take care of the whole project from day 1 and J&M was the best. Other companies may be able to do an install cheaper, but the trust, quality, and confidence in the work I got from J&M was worth every cent. Ask for designer Natalie Crenwelge, Patrick Studley from sales, project manager Ryder Willard, landscapers Craig Haugh and Matt Moore -- they were my all-star team on this entire project.
The team at J&M Pool is absolutely the best attentive professional folks I’ve ever dealt with !! I can’t say enough great things about the amount of attention paid to detail and how much energy was put out to get the job done! Craig and Alden and Jarrod were so knowledgeable and friendly and always answered all my questions quickly! We had an entire reconstruction of our entire pool done and it is now so beautiful! I commend all the hard work and time they devoted to our project! What a team!

We have a wonderful experience with the entire J&M team for our pool build this past fall. We came into the first meeting with our sales rep Craig with (what we thought) was a good idea of what we wanted in a pool, but there were so many details we hadn’t even considered. Craig helped steer us in the correct direction and made sure we were well informed on our options.
