I had the great pleasure of working with Rich on my “super cute pool” and finally think I’ve found my new pool guy. He was not after my wallet but understood I was genuinely tired of always ending up with a green pool and taught me what to do. I drove to Peachtree City to get my water tested and pick up supplies and I’ll be damned if my pool wasn’t blue in a matter of a few days. Rich is awesome, I hope you enjoy him as much as we did. J&M pool did the best work for me. From the start , they took great care in providing quality service in response time, scheduling, answering questions and working with my personal schedule. Their office personnel, contractors and especially Nathan, my project manager were AWESOME! Nathan always texted me before I could text him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I contacted J&M after my pool system displayed a "No Flow" error message. They promptly scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, thoroughly investigated the issue, accurately diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what was wrong and how they would fix it. I was expecting a hefty repair bill, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the replacement parts were covered under warranty. As a result, I only had to pay for the labor. Our Pool Remodel Project Turned Out Beautiful! I learned a lot about pools, repairs and all the hard labor it takes to make everything just right. Our project manager Alpha was on top of things and I can't say enough about the great customer service he provided for his company.
