They have posted hours, but when you arrive no one is there. We have tried to call ahead but they do not pick up the phone either. We also have shown up in the middle of the posted hours to find employees sitting in their cars, then when you go in, the luly haven't started the computer or anything. Also about half the time we do get service, they say the pool water testing system doesn't work.
