Junior is very pleasant & extremely knowlegable and professional! He had me up & running within 5 minutes! Unfortunately, the following morning the hot water shut off again. Since I'd paid him clise to $300.00 the day before I called Junior who said I need a whole new hot water system for over $5000.00! The cirrent system he supposedly fixed is only 2 years old so I doubt if an entire new one is necessary.
