Junior is very pleasant & extremely knowlegable and professional! He had me up & running within 5 minutes! Unfortunately, the following morning the hot water shut off again. Since I'd paid him clise to $300.00 the day before I called Junior who said I need a whole new hot water system for over $5000.00! The cirrent system he supposedly fixed is only 2 years old so I doubt if an entire new one is necessary. It’s hard to find an HVAC company that actually listens to you. The technicians were super attentive, explained all the options, and answered every question I had. What impressed me the most was that they weren’t just trying to sell me something, but really acting as consultants guiding me on what would make the most sense long-term. That approach gave me confidence, and I’m very happy with the decision I made.

Job perfectly well done replacing my faucet. Respectful and well experienced technician. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend JN Service HVAC & Plumbing as their service cost is reasonably affordable.
