Stay away from this company. If you have AHS, id recommend canceling your policy if these people are dispatched, and just hire a reputable company to fix your issue. My pool panel went out last weekend, half the buttons wont respond, display is illegible. Called into my home warranty (AHS), these people came out. Less than 3 minutes said it needs a new panel and isnt covered. Never called in for coverage or anything. Kept using the words "upgrade " which i found out later is a buzz word for AHS to decline the claim. Instead ... read more
