The whole experience with this company is terrible… There's absolutely no way to get any help with anything or speak to anyone. They tell you you can cancel an appointment on the patient portal but that's a lie. They make two or three months worth of appointments for you without asking you and then don't give you a way to cancel them. If you cancel after 48 hours notice then you have to pay a huge amount as a fee. These people do not care about people it is money based only.
JC is a great therapist. I've been with her for over a year now and although we had a slow start, the moment I expressed my concerns and started to see her in-person, my growth has skyrocketed. I came into therapy knowing exactly what I wanted to work on and I appreciate her taking the time to understand me. I am grateful for her and her assistance in helping me get to where I want to be with myself. Thank you, JC.
My booking experience was great! I’d been searching for a psychologist for a while and wasn’t able to find one that would accept me under insurance until yesterday. They were able to give me an appointment for less than 24 hours later (today) and were very thorough and attentive. I’ve only had one appointment with Jo Christine but so far I'm really happy that I’ve found LifeStance.
Great conversation with JC she’s really giving me good points and directions towards my problem, looking forward for more sessions with her.
JC is the best therapist I have ever had. She understands everything I tell her and gives me the best advice and treatment.
