Always loved this store and the friendly staff and all the coupons that come in the mail ❤️😊 , but Everytime i try to use a new gift card , it doesn't go through because the register doesn't just take the card , the cashier has to manually type in the amount of the gift card in , instead of the card just minusing from the total . JoAnns please fix your registers !!!
Great shopping and customer service experience! This store is very organized and has a fantastic selection of papers and stickers for card/scrapbook crafts. They also have a large area for fabrics with quite a bit to choose from. Once at the register I thought I had my coupons, but I did not. Andrea told me to get them from their app and patiently waited for me to do so! It saved me 15% - at her suggestion. Highly recommend this store.
The lady who helped me was great. I had no idea what I was doing or even looking at. It was my first time buying fabric and she could probably tell. LOL It was nice having someone who could help me with get the right materials for my project. I was making acoustic panels for my recording studio / home office.
Poorly staffed! It's mid Saturday and there's only one cut counter rep with 20 people waiting. The rest of the store is quiet. Management should be on the counter or have someone come from another dept. The cut counter gal is also answering questions and helping people that approach. Poor lady probably gets overworked. I walk the store. No associates to be seen. When I try to find a manager, the not clocked in associate can't tell me who or where they even are. Amazing this store is still operating. Extremely filthy atmosphere all over the store and NO it ain’t because of the holidays. Had a pickup order that never got fulfilled only for the employee to mention well there is probably 100 orders in front of you. Good luck, you’ve been warned…
