Always loved this store and the friendly staff and all the coupons that come in the mail ❤️😊 , but Everytime i try to use a new gift card , it doesn't go through because the register doesn't just take the card , the cashier has to manually type in the amount of the gift card in , instead of the card just minusing from the total . JoAnns please fix your registers !!!
Not that it will so any good or help improve Joann, but part of the reason most of us inconsistently shop with the company is lack of communication between the customers and the employees/business. This closing liquidation has been a huge mess. Individual stores had a scheduled final day, yet no information was passed to the customers. I personally have put over 100 miles on my vehicle only to arrive at a store that is no longer open. Or if they are open, they are only open for fixture removal. Great shopping and customer service experience! This store is very organized and has a fantastic selection of papers and stickers for card/scrapbook crafts. They also have a large area for fabrics with quite a bit to choose from. Once at the register I thought I had my coupons, but I did not. Andrea told me to get them from their app and patiently waited for me to do so! It saved me 15% - at her suggestion. Highly recommend this store.
Poorly staffed! It's mid Saturday and there's only one cut counter rep with 20 people waiting. The rest of the store is quiet. Management should be on the counter or have someone come from another dept. The cut counter gal is also answering questions and helping people that approach. Poor lady probably gets overworked. The lady who helped me was great. I had no idea what I was doing or even looking at. It was my first time buying fabric and she could probably tell. LOL It was nice having someone who could help me with get the right materials for my project. I was making acoustic panels for my recording studio / home office.
