My telehealth appointment with JoAnn Gulley went well. She always has good advice for me that is positive and encouraging. I look forward to checking in with her when I have my appointment. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.
The staff was somewhat accommodating but they made it seem like I was automatically being judged. They didn’t help me figure out how to get there and they insisted that I had been mistaken as of the time of my appointment which is possible but making me feel guilty about trying to get to the appointment on time probably wasn’t the best way to handle the situation. JoAnn is very thorough and caring. She listens and explains everything in a way that can be understood. I can tell she truly cares about helping vs just working.
