Joanne was awesome and very knowledgeable, she never tried to shy me away from the house I fell in love with but was forward about what to expect. Whenever there was a gap in knowledge due to the unique nature of my home Joanne helped me get in contact with professionals who could set my mind at ease. She was extremely quick to respond when sending homes I was interested in looking at but lost communication a little bit as we were waiting on the lenders office but I’d definitely recommend her!
I can’t say enough good things about my home buying experience with Joanne. Her communication was great, and her knowledge of the entire real estate process was extremely helpful with buying our home AND when working through things with a difficult, inexperienced agent while selling our other home in another state. A bonus was her great network of plumbers, painters, etc. I would give Joanne 100/10 and I told her she has a client and referral for life!
