Dr. Banister listens to her patients carefully; consequently, she treats well and effectively.
I, unfortunately, have complicated medical issues but am so blessed to have Dr. Bannister as my primary care doctor. She leaves no stone unturned in finding help. She is kind, compassionate and smart! I have been her patient for many years and have nothing but high regard for her and her entire staff who are unfailingly supportive and quick to return any calls or answer questions.
Dr Banister is a very caring, understanding & knowledgeable doctor. The nurses & all the staff are so nice & caring.
I rate Dr Banister and staff highly, but there are not enough staff to answer phones in a timely manner. 10+ minutes is poor customer service. In addition, the after-appointment paperwork and scheduling takes longer than it should because there are not enough people doing it. Hire staff! This is NOT the fault of the employees, it is a managerial problem. And the stupid patient portal - the corporate answer to NOT hiring real people - is NOT the answer.
