Not a real good experience. When I first went in to order my truck cap, I admittedly forgot to get my receipt. I called the next day and they refused to email it to me. I was told it would take around 6 weeks to come in, which i was ready for so not so much a problem. 6 weeks go by and I had to call them only to find out they had my cap sitting there for 2 weeks. The guy claimed he had been trying to call me for 2 weeks but my voice mail was not "set up". Which is definitely not true I get voice mails pretty much everyday. ... read more
Had a spray in bedliner installed and they updated me with an issue I had with the bed of my truck. Liner looks great, prices are reasonable. John was real sweet and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back.
We brought in a brand new truck to have a spray in bedliner put in and when we got it back, it was filthy. Called and asked why it was so dirty and was told the hose pipe was blocked and they forgot to do it after vehicles that was blocking hose was moved. I have had several spray in liners done there in previous years and truck was always clean when I picked it up. We stopped by around lunch on a Saturday to look at new covers for our truck bed because our current one leaks. We chose the one we wanted expecting they would have to order it but they had one in stock. The technician offered to install it while we waited saying it would take about 30 minutes and we said okey. It took a little less than 30 minutes and we were ready to go.
