Today I called sat on hold for 13 minutes. Decided I’d drive from my shop in Bridgeland to Joe Myers parts as dealing with that dept is always a nightmare. Drove all the way to 290 and senate walked in the guy behind the desk is looking at his cell phone. I’m still on hold mind you. Mr. Joe Todd is always helpful as can be! Very Knowledgeable about classic cars he’s helping me rebuild my 1996 convertible GT Mustang. I always look forward to talking to JOE. I thank Ford for having someone as knowledgeable and is friendly as JOE.
On hold for 15 minutes just to have some rude employee pick up not knowing what he’s talking about with a major attitude. Ridiculous.
Not sure if Morgan is still there but she was amazing! She was the only one who would say, "I'll find out and call you back" and then actually called me back with the info I needed. I got parts installed no problem at all, thanks to her. I got my intake through them with a slight delay thanks to covid, an H pipe installed same day as purchase and a tune which she made sure I got a receipt with the serial number for the Roush tune so I can prove it was a legit purchase.
A pretentious bunch, but they helped me find the parts at ridiculous prices.
