I had to get the oil pan replaced on my F150. Travis was straight forward, informative, but never came off pushy. Joe Myers gave me average prices (good for me), the process of my repair took longer than I wanted (Travis warned me), overall my experience as a whole was great. So much that we ended up buying a Bronco afterwards! Mitchell Foster (sales dept) / Travis (service dept), we appreciate yalls efforts and patience.
Luis Acosta was phenomenal for the duration my vehicle was there. Rare to have a service advisor to constantly keep in touch with their clients and keep clients updated with the services. And extremely rare to have a service advisor remember the conversation we had 3 weeks ago when I dropped off my vehicle. I'll definitely ensure Luis Acosta is my service advisor anytime I need to bring my vehicle in
Had a rep named Marcos, he was the best! Took pride in his work and the quality of the dealership! I recommend him highly. I took my second car here to fix an axle differential problem. They showed pics of parts needing replacement and completely fixed the issue. Great and understanding customer support.
Definitely the Best Ford dealership in the area! He sales team was fantastic when i bought my truck and the service department is light-years ahead of dealerships in service and the way they treat their customers. I will but ing my vehicles from here no matter how far the drive or wait to get something ordered. Customer for life
I had some maintenance and recall items and made an appointment with Travis Faulkner. He was great. Clear & timely communications throughout. I’m was able to use “the works” coupon which made the cost reasonable. It was a pleasure to work with him. It was my second time to have maintenance at Joe Myers. The first time wasn't good.
