I purchased a brand-new truck from this dealership, only to find the passenger-side seatbelt was completely locked up and non-functional at delivery. This safety issue was just the beginning of a terrible service experience. I scheduled a repair, waited at the dealership for two hours, only to be told the part had to be ordered. Once it arrived, I booked another appointment and was told the repair would take two hours. I wanted to share my experience with Ford Service. When I first dropped off my car, I had been speaking with Philip over the phone, and he was very pleasant and professional. When I arrived at the service desk around 7 AM, unfortunately no one greeted me or acknowledged me, and I had to ask two different people where to find Philip. They pointed me to his office while he was assisting another customer on the phone, but even then he kindly asked me to have a seat and wait. I did make an appointment .They were not able to find me in your system.They got that corrected. I set my spouse the next day for a in & out 7:00 appointment and she wasn't out of there till 8:30 because the input was incorrect or not able to be found again. So much for trying to make it easy for my spouse. I can see why Ford Myers has issues with trying to get a Yelp rating of 3-point or higher.

I had a great experience with Joe Meyer Ford servicing my truck. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. They changed the transmission fluid, serviced the crank case fluid, and rotated the tires, and everything was completed quickly and thoroughly.
