I received efficient and friendly service from Marcos and the entire Joe Myers team. Two sensors on two tires were no longer functioning creating a potential safety hazard. The problem was quickly identified, repaired, and was ready the next day. The overall experience was a good one. I also appreciated the offer returning me home using Uber. Many thanks!
I was very happy with Don and his customer service, he was proactive always kept me informed about my vehicle status, he made sure my vehicle gets the proper parts while keeping safety as his #1 concern. Really great customer service. I called because I needed recall work and I had called a ford dealership closer to my home first and the person who answered the phone was no help at all. When I called Joe Meyers, I was pleasantly greeted and told I would be transferred before being transferred and then I got to Jay. What can I say? The experience was top rated. The customer service was excellent. They communicated effectively sending text messages confirming their arrival when they were done. They sent text messages saying that they were done. They were punctual as soon as it was completed. I received my invoice paid it online. I had no problems at all. Excellent excellent service. I was thoroughly impressed.
