I LOVE how I was able to walk in and get my oil change with no problems and literally no wait time! It was ready within a couple of hours and that's because I had them check on my recall. I would definitely be visiting again for repeat oil changes. Thank you Joe Myers and team for all the excellent customer service you have provided when I purchased my Bronco to my first oil change.
I had to get the oil pan replaced on my F150. Travis was straight forward, informative, but never came off pushy. Joe Myers gave me average prices (good for me), the process of my repair took longer than I wanted (Travis warned me), overall my experience as a whole was great. So much that we ended up buying a Bronco afterwards! Mitchell Foster (sales dept) / Travis (service dept), we appreciate yalls efforts and patience.
The service was great! Quick turnaround time compared to other dealerships. My service advisor, BJ, was amazing!! Kept me up to date and when my vehicle was ready, he had it delivered to my home.
Luis Acosta was phenomenal for the duration my vehicle was there. Rare to have a service advisor to constantly keep in touch with their clients and keep clients updated with the services. And extremely rare to have a service advisor remember the conversation we had 3 weeks ago when I dropped off my vehicle. I'll definitely ensure Luis Acosta is my service advisor anytime I need to bring my vehicle in
