I purchased a brand-new truck from this dealership, only to find the passenger-side seatbelt was completely locked up and non-functional at delivery. Lana Martinez did an excellent job. The wait time was short, she was very thorough and transparent, and was also very knowledgeable about the service. She was friendly and set expectations properly. It was so relieving to deal with her, as my prior service appointments were at Autonation Ford on I-10 and I had a terrible experience both times I visited. I wanted to share my experience with Ford Service. When I first dropped off my car, I had been speaking with Philip over the phone, and he was very pleasant and professional. When I arrived at the service desk around 7 AM, unfortunately no one greeted me or acknowledged me, and I had to ask two different people where to find Philip. They pointed me to his office while he was assisting another customer on the phone, but even then he kindly asked me to have a seat and wait. This review for Joe Myers Ford is in regards to the service department. Everyone was quick and friendly definitely four stars for everyone, but this five star review is especially because of Service Advisor Matthew Williams. He was so nice, efficient and went above and beyond assisting me with the oil change and recalls on my Bronco. He displayed warmth and care during all of our interactions. I definitely recommend him when you have any auto service needs.

I did make an appointment .They were not able to find me in your system.They got that corrected. I set my spouse the next day for a in & out 7:00 appointment and she wasn't out of there till 8:30 because the input was incorrect or not able to be found again. So much for trying to make it easy for my spouse. I can see why Ford Myers has issues with trying to get a Yelp rating of 3-point or higher.
