Really great customer service. I called because I needed recall work and I had called a ford dealership closer to my home first and the person who answered the phone was no help at all. When I called Joe Meyers, I was pleasantly greeted and told I would be transferred before being transferred and then I got to Jay. I had to get the oil pan replaced on my F150. Travis was straight forward, informative, but never came off pushy. Joe Myers gave me average prices (good for me), the process of my repair took longer than I wanted (Travis warned me), overall my experience as a whole was great. So much that we ended up buying a Bronco afterwards! Mitchell Foster (sales dept) / Travis (service dept), we appreciate yalls efforts and patience.

The 5 Star review is for Luis, in the service department. He was amazing. He was so helpful, explained everything that needs to be done to my truck in detail & kept me posted as my truck was getting serviced. Kindness goes a long Way!

I LOVE how I was able to walk in and get my oil change with no problems and literally no wait time! It was ready within a couple of hours and that's because I had them check on my recall. I would definitely be visiting again for repeat oil changes. Thank you Joe Myers and team for all the excellent customer service you have provided when I purchased my Bronco to my first oil change.
