The staff at Joe Myers Ford is efficient, courteous, and punctual. Mr. Donovan took my car immediately after we arrived for servicing. He was professional and kept me informed regarding the status of my car. I was very impressed with him as well as the staff. I will recommend Joe Myers Ford to my family and friends. My 2017 MKC Lincoln had a Safety Recall Notice. NO CHARGE
I had a great experience. Lana did an excellent job keeping me updated on my vehicle throughout the entire process. Anytime I had questions or concerns, she either took care of them right away or made sure to get me the answers I needed. I wanted to share my experience with Ford Service. When I first dropped off my car, I had been speaking with Philip over the phone, and he was very pleasant and professional. When I arrived at the service desk around 7 AM, unfortunately no one greeted me or acknowledged me, and I had to ask two different people where to find Philip. They pointed me to his office while he was assisting another customer on the phone, but even then he kindly asked me to have a seat and wait. I was very happy with Don and his customer service, he was proactive always kept me informed about my vehicle status, he made sure my vehicle gets the proper parts while keeping safety as his #1 concern. The quality of work and ethics at this place is at it's highest and the prices were very reasonable, I definitely recommend this reliable Ford dealership, you will not be disappointed!
I did make an appointment .They were not able to find me in your system.They got that corrected. I set my spouse the next day for a in & out 7:00 appointment and she wasn't out of there till 8:30 because the input was incorrect or not able to be found again. So much for trying to make it easy for my spouse. I can see why Ford Myers has issues with trying to get a Yelp rating of 3-point or higher.
