I purchased a new vehicle from Joe Myers Mazda in 2024. The experience was acceptable but could have been better. The criticism I have is the service department. I scheduled service for 2 recalls and added an oil change. I used their website and requested a courtesy vehicle. This was done well in advance. I recently purchased a set of four tires from Joe Myers and was charged $109 for a 4-wheel alignment. I later discovered that Jeff Haas Mazda offers a free 4-wheel alignment with the purchase of a set of four tires. This disparity in pricing left me feeling scammed, as I believe a similar offer should have been available. Tuesday evening my battery died, and my partner was able to get in Wednesday the 4th last minute and was seen very quickly new battery was replaced and my oil changed.
I am at the service center at the Joe Myers Mazda. I had an appointment to get my oil changed. After they took my car back a gentleman came to me and said that the service manager refused to change my oil because when I was there last visit I wrote that I received sub-standard service. I have regularly visited this repair shop for the last 12 years. The experience has been good enough that I come back for all my maintenance while I have lived nearby (a steady 3+ star experience).
