Prior to loan funding, Joe had said if I get my credit score up over 700, my rate would drop 1/4 percent resulting in a more lower payment. Within 30 day, Joe with help from his team was able to get my score up over 40 points & close the loan at a phenomenal rate and payment. This also was the 5th loan that Joe Paris has done for me.
