Joe and crew, especially Gabby, were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. I appreciated everyone's willingness to think outside of the box to make this deal work. The online docusign process was understandable and easy to navigate, saving me from having to go to the office. HOWEVER, I needed a little handholding and the staff welcomed me into the office, to answer my questions and calm my concerns. I would recommend Joe Stefani and Leader One for all of your loan needs.
