Everything went well. I was very pleased with the attention to each next step and the communication back and forth with me on these steps and explaining them. Each person I dealt with was responsive and professional. It's nice not to have to worry about getting a document in that is required because I knew someone there would ask me for it when the right time came. Everything seemed to work like clockwork, which I found to be very calming. I appreciate all of you guys!

It would be very helpful to tab the lines needing signature, initials, and notary, particularly for remote closings. We had to resubmit one page because notarization was missed.
